Jen Introduces Gordon Eckley (Our New Owner)

Jennifer Mayer’s final Newsletter to Charlotte Street Computers customers…

I am honored to announce that one of the employees loved Charlotte Street Computers and believed in it enough to take the risk of entrepreneurship in these uncertain times. His name is Gordon Eckley. Gordon has worked with Charlotte Street Computers since 2007, with the exception of a few years when he worked as a military contractor at Shaw Air Force Base and Fort Bragg. Mr. and Mrs. Eckley have three children, ages 11, 9 and 2. I have found Gordon to be pleasant, honest, and capable; constantly demonstrating a hard work ethic. This has been the case since I met him all those years ago.

Gordon had to make some hard choices and because he wants to ensure that the Mac repair portion of the business continues to offer the same level of service excellence that we all have come to expect can be delivered, the following services are available once again:

Mac Repair: in and out of warranty
PC and Mac Tutoring and Onsites
Online classes
Group classes as early as fall 


Gordon’s primary focus will be service. As a result, he has decided to no longer stock Apple products and will focus less on retail. The sales team will facilitate special orders of Apple products by appointment. Any sales related inquiries should be directed to sales@charlottestreetcomputers.com.


For those of you who took the time to send sweet emails I’m going to respond to each of you soon. I can’t express how much it meant to me to see the outpour of support. After that I intend to start something new & incredible.
