Since 2000, Charlotte Street Computers has been providing Mac and PC repair to the wonderful people of Asheville and the greater Buncombe County area. Some of the services we offer our customers include hardware repairs and upgrades, software installation and updating, tutoring, virus and spyware removal, data backup and recovery, and remote assistance.

How We Operate

All computers are serviced on a first come, first served basis. We typically contact customers within 24 to 48 hours to discuss the repair. If you feel your repair is of an urgent nature, we offer expedited services for a modest fee. Initially, our technicians diagnose hardware to ensure that your problems are not caused by a faulty hard drive or memory. After these diagnostics are completed, we move on to addressing your specific issue. If we are unable to reproduce or determine the exact issue, we may call you to obtain more information.

After your problem has been successfully diagnosed, a technician will call you. If further repairs are necessary, we will discuss those with you, as well as provide pricing information. If your problem is minor and is fixed during the diagnostic process, we will call to inform you that the repair is complete and your computer is ready for pick up. We are happy to hold your computer for up to 30 days in the event that you cannot immediately retrieve it.
